Allow me to begin by first apologising for the long delay, but like they say, better late than never.
In what I’d like to call a reboot of the project (under new management) I’ve changed up a few things in terms of aesthetics. Credits are no longer present in releases, karaoke subs are timed to the on-screen Japanese lyrics instead to flow better and chapters are going to be in every release from here on. Some bad news for 90s style font lovers as I have gone and removed all stylised fonts from attacks. It’s best this way in the long run since I’m not really the type to do these kind of things.

If possible, it’d be great if you guys can give us some feedback down in the comments below. As you may know the team is composed of mostly inexperienced members and anything to help us improve is much appreciated.

Now onto some off topic news.
Zenith has started to take comissions again for scanlations. Just a warning beforehand, the site is not work safe. Check it out here.

A Few Quick Updates

Hi everyone, things have been pretty slow and I thought I’d post something to let you guys know what’s up.

First and foremost Bakusou Kyoudai is most likely dead again. I haven’t heard from the editor for a while and it seems like she’s really busy with school. So if anyone wants that position it’s open again.

Saint Seiya episode 61 is waiting to be typeset by Zenith. I asked him to do this just the one time ’cause I’m unfamiliar with the fonts and stuff. Once that’s over and done with I’ll be able to do it myself from episode 62 onwards.
Also, Seiya, the editor for Saint Seiya will be away for vacation some time in the following week or two so things will likely slow down after he’s gone until his return in mid December.

Last but not least, I got the editing position for Black RX and I’m really looking forward to working as editor again in a more experienced team.

Feel free to ask any questions if you have any. I wonder if there are any visitors left at all to ask them.

Projects Rebooted

With the addition of Hohoemina, our new editor, to the group, Bakusou Kyoudai has been rebooted from inactivity. Past episodes will be rereleased with her finishing touches in editing so that the language will be consistent throughout the series.
Burning Cosmo also has its fair share of new members as well with Kru on TL and Seiya on ED. The only catch being that Kru will only be translating the vintage Saint Seiya anime and not Omega.

I’ve also applied for the editing position for Kamen Rider Black RX that Stardust and Fanservice Subs have been working on. To my knowledge, the episodes released to date have had no editing whatsoever which is why they sound like HK subs and the translator, who is from the old Freeze Subs group, has now retired along with the rest of their group.
I haven’t received a reply yet about whether I got the position or not from FSS so I’ll have to get back to everyone on that.

Hoshikuzu, both Hotblood and Burning Cosmo’s timer, has gone missing without a trace again so releases are most likely going to be slow until his return (unless someone wants to sub in while he’s away)

The only requirement for applicants is to be fluent in English (translators are exempt from this), everything else required can be taught.
